Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once processing or customization has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges:
Since we specialize in custom embroidery items, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos at embrocraftstudio@gmail.com.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
