Return & Refund Policy
At Embrocraft Studio, we take pride in crafting high-quality customized embroidered shirts and t-shirts tailored specifically for you. Because all our products are custom-made to order, we follow a strict and transparent Return and Refund Policy.
1. General Policy for Customized Products
No Returns or Exchanges for Personal Preference: Customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once produced, as they are personalized specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
Size Issues: Please check our Size Chart carefully before placing an order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size selection by the customer.
2. Eligible Claims for Replacement or Refund
We will replace the item or issue a store credit/refund ONLY under the following exceptional circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects: Damaged fabric, torn seams, or defective embroidery upon delivery.
Wrong Item Received: Receiving a completely different size, color, or product than what was ordered.
Fulfillment Errors: Major mistakes in embroidery design or text that differ from the final mockup approved by you.
3. Claim Process & Mandatory Unboxing Video
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Contact Email / WhatsApp Number].
You MUST provide a clear, unedited Unboxing Video showing the unopened parcel, the shipping label, and the clear view of the defect/damage.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Resolution Options
Once your claim is inspected and approved:
Replacement: We will reproduce and re-ship the correct item at no extra cost to you.
Refund / Store Credit: If the item cannot be reproduced or is out of stock, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (or issued as store credit) within 5–7 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for a full refund ONLY before the production or embroidery process has started (typically within 12–24 hours of order placement).
Once embroidery has commenced, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
