These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Embrocraft Studio’s Website and Services. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
1. Customization Policy & Approval
Final Artwork Approval: Customized products (shirts/t-shirts) will be embroidered based on the exact design, text, font, color scheme, and size selected or approved by you during the ordering process.
Minor Variations: Due to the nature of machine embroidery and digital screens, slight variations in thread colors, design placement, or size compared to digital mockups may occur and are considered normal.
2. Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation: Orders for customized items are processed only after receiving full payment (or an agreed advance deposit for bulk orders).
Order Cancellation: Since all products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production/embroidery has started.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Processing times for custom embroidery vary depending on design complexity and order volume (typically 5–10 business days before shipping).
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Embrocraft Studio is not responsible for courier delays caused by external factors or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
No Return Policy on Customized Items: Because custom items are unique to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Incorrect size chosen by the customer (please refer to our Size Chart before ordering).
Design or spelling errors present in the customer-approved mockups.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective garment, incorrect size (different from what you ordered), or a major embroidery error caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos for a replacement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
By uploading or submitting a design, logo, or trademark for embroidery, you confirm that you own the rights or have full authorization to use that intellectual property.
Embrocraft Studio reserves the right to reject any design that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or contains unlawful/offensive content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Embrocraft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
